Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication and approved for repeat prescriptions can order medication in the following ways:

In person/post – hand in or post your repeat slip (attached to your last prescription) having carefully marked the items required. If you require the prescription posted back to you please include a stamped addresses envelope.

Online – via the link at the top of this page. Please note new users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using the service. ( IT IS NOT ACTIVATED YET)

We do not accept telephone requests as they block much needed telephone lines.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
