If you require any travel vaccinations relating to foreign travel, you will need to come into the surgery to fill out a travel vaccination form 4-6 weeks before travel. This will include the country(s)/areas visiting.

It will take 5-7 days to check your records. You will need to call the surgery to check which vaccinations are required and book a nurse appointment accordingly.
